FAVORITE JUICE COMBO // beet, apple, kale, spinach, cucumber, carrot, lemon, ginger, + celery. Literally drank this almost every day in 2020.

Good for digestion, inflammation, immunity + overall wellness. The nutrient value is extremely high and the sugar value is low, which is exactly what you want when you juice. High-sugar juices defeat the purpose by causing an imbalance in blood sugar regulation which can lead to hormone imbalance, nutrient deficiency, and other issues.
